Consider a cube.
Slice it into a top and a bottom half. The top are Things You Like. The bottom is Things You Don't Like.
Slice it into a front and a back half. The front is Good Things and the back is Bad Things.
Slice it into a right and a left side. The right is Popular Things, and the left is Unpopular Things.

Good, Popular Things You Like: There is justice in the universe! Quality is recognized, there are many things you like in the fanosphere.
Bad, Popular Things You Like: Guilty pleasures, maybe? Reality TV, crazy-ass ships you nevertheless sail? Cheer up, because even though you may not think these things are "good" by any stretch of the imagination, there's lots of them for you to enjoy.
Bad, Unpopular Things You Like: Well... disappointing but understandable. You like it, but you know it's really not good, so it's hard to blame fandom for not loving it.
Good, Unpopular Things You Like: FANRAGE!!! These things are good! You know that they are good, you like them because they are good, but FANDOM Y U NOT LIKE THEM TOO?

Good, Unpopular Things You Don't Like: You might be sympathetic to people who like this things and wish there were more of it (because you acknowledge that it is good), but you don't have a dog in this fight. The thing is good, but not to your taste, and you don't care that it's not popular.
