DA2 was needlessly limited in outfitting your companions, right down to how they can only ever use one type of weapon. And the only way to upgrade their armor was to look in the right box at the right point in the game else their upgrade is winked out of existence forever.

Please tell me that we can have some say in how our companions are geared. And that we wont be limited in the name of making each companion appear unique.

You can fully equip party members but it doesn't look like you can put Helmets on the Qunari one.

Yes we will be able to equip our party's weapons and armor. Each party member will have a custom skin for each type of armor so they will still have a unique look while their inventory is fully customizable.

More important will Bianca be replaceable or upgradeable, don't want to sell it again.

Yes, you get 3 "party member" slots, one on the right shoulder, one on the left shoulder, and one on your back.

Maybe he just wears them in a creative location.

They can wield whatever weapon is available to their class and can be equipped the same armor as you. the only difference is that they always have a certain general appearance that isn't alterable. so the appearance of armor will look different depending on who wears it.

More important will Bianca be replaceable or upgradeable, don't want to sell it again.

You couldn't sell Bianca in DA and it should be upgradable or get more powerful as Varric levels up similar to DA2.

If it doesn't and is not upgradeable then BW is just trolling
