Herren and Wade: At Vigil's Keep still I suppose.
Mad Hermit: Dead.
The Warden: On another adventure with his dog, Dog.
Hawke: Fighting with Bethany for mage freedom.
Hawke's Sister: Fighting with mages.
Hawke's Brother: Dead.
Anders: Dead.
Isabella: Probably pirating. She betrayed me, I don't care where she is.
Aveline: Trying to maintain order in Kirkwall...still.
Merrill: With Hawke, her partner.
Fenris: Fighting with mages (Hawke persuaded him), or living the life of freedom.
Sebastian: Back at Starkhaven's chantry.
The Architect: Deep in the deep roads.
Oghren: Still with the wardens.

Mad Hermit - Stabbed. Shot full of arrows. Incinerated. Stripped and looted.

The Warden - Former Warden Commander of Amaranthine, kidnapped by the G-Man.

Hawke - Former Champion of Kirkwall, Former Viscount, also kidnapped by the G-Man.

Hawke's Sister - Grey Wardens.

Hawke's Brother - Ogre Excrement.

Anders - Kirkwall...rotting.

Isabella - On a pirate ship.

Aveline - Captain of the Kirkwall City Guard.

Merrill - With Hawke, also kidnapped by the G-Man.

Fenris - Brooding?

Sebastian - At the Chantry ruins in Kirkwall. Randomly screaming "NOOOOO!!!" at passersby.

Refund Guy - Got his refund, also kidnapped by the G-Man.

The Architect - Virulent Walking Bomb'd.

Oghren - Vigil's Keep.

Herren and Wade - Back in Denerim. Their Bribe to go to Vigil's Keep was only for the current Crisis, I imagine.

 

Mad Hermit - Talking to trees in the Brecilian Forest. Yes. I did not kill him.

 

The Warden - From what I last knew of him, he returned to Leliana's Side. From there, he probably was kidnapped by the Maker and put into the Stars.

 

Hawke - With Fenris Viscount and Viscountess of Kirkwall, then SOMETHING happened, and know they are in the Stars right next to the Warden.

 

Hawke's Sister - Sole Survivor of the Kirkwall Circle, probably were her Sister and her Lover are, therefore in the Stars.

 

Hawke's Brother - He is the one that convinced the Maker to kidnap all those People! I knew it!

 

Anders - Commited Suicide after helping the Templars slaughter the Kirkwall Circle.

 

Isabella - Scouring the seven Seas, bedding another Man or Woman in every Part.... Isabela Stuff.

 

Aveline - Captain of the Kirkwall City Guard. Unless the Maker also kidnapped her.

 

Merrill - Probably left Kirkwall after the Circle was ended. Or she stayed and fell Victim to the Maker's kidnapping Spree.

 

Fenris - Definitely fell Victim to the Maker's kidnapping Spree as he stayed with Viscountess Hawke (wouldn't that technically make him Viscount?).

 

Sebastian - Either amassing an Army to take Starkhaven back or amassing an Army in Starkhaven to attack Kirkwall.

 

Refund Guy - Was killed in the Reaper Attack on the Citadel. Probably. Unless the Maker intervened.

 

The Architect - Chilling in the deep Roads. Or trying to get the Warden back from the maker, since they're Buddies.

 

Oghren - Gloriously leading the Wardens of Vigil's Keep and educating his Child to be a real Warrior.

Herren and Wade -- They're back in Denerim. Herren is in the dungeons after finally getting irritated enough to kill Wade. 

Mad Hermit -- Living in his tree stump in the Brecilian forest and playing riddle games with himself. 

The Warden -- 'Tis a mystery. 

Hawke -- Wherever the Warden is. It's all very mysterious. 

Hawke's Sister -- Killed by an ogre. Sorry, Bethany. 

Hawke's Brother -- Killed by darkspawn corruption in the Deep Roads. Sorry, Carver. 

Anders -- At Hawke's side. 

Isabela -- Sailing the high seas in her new ship. 

Aveline -- She's maintained her position as Guard Captain of Kirkwall. 

Merrill -- Merrill left Kirkwall, traveled to the Denerim alienage and tried to help the elves there, as she'd done for the Kirkwall alienage elves. 

Fenris -- Returned to Seheron. 

Sebastian -- Took his rightful place as Prince of Starkhaven. 

Refund Guy -- Erm. 

The Architect -- In the Deep Roads, plotting how next he will attempt to stop the Blights. 

Oghren -- Getting drunk at Vigil's Keep.

The Warden: With Morrigan raising their child OR at Denerim helping to organize the country and the Warden Order in Ferelden

Hawke: With Isabella sailing around enjoying life

Hawke's Sister: With the Wardens

Fenris: After the disapearance of Hawke, help Aveline, Isabella, Carver or Bethany to find indices on Hawke.

Sébastien: Try an assemblage of an army but no success.He is now a drunkar or a protistuate for noble ladies.
