That means she thinks Mages should be controlled by Templars?

 

Man, as a Qunari Mage, I think we'll disagree a lot.

 

Technically, pro-Circle isn't the same as pro-Templar, and it doesn't necessarily mean the Templars "control" the mages either.  It is possible to have a Circle system where the mages and templars work together  instead of being so antagonistic... it would just be hard to sell, to everyone.

 

The only way to find out what sort of Circle Vivienne supports is to play the game and ask her... damn that 80 day delay!

She could have lived in a Ferelden Circle, but still have been born in the Free Marches. However, I believe the woman in question was called Vivian. So unless she changed her name from Vivian to Vivienne, it's not her. (Though that was one my earlier theories)

Possibly, though The Calling also took place 30 years ago and Vivienne does not look like a woman in at least her 50s. 

 

I wonder if she will know the Human Mage Inquisitor.

Except that straight women and lesbians are two different demographics.  Solas will not make up for a lack of Vivienne.  Bi- and pansexuals will make out like bandits, but they always do.

 

Yes that is true. To amend my statement currently for lesbians there are two possible romances Sera and Josephine for straight females three in Cullen, Solas, Iron Bull. Gay males have Dorian and Iron Bull and Straight males currently Cassandra and Josephine.

 

If Vivienne is hetero it would put the straight male/ female ratio to balance at 3:3 and well the lesbian/ gay male ratio will be balanced at 2:2. Though if she is bi gay males will be left behind with two choices will the others each have three.

 

In that regard hetero Vivienne seems a bit more 'fair' but we'll see. I just hope she isn't race gated

Even the Ferelden one, which was considered tame, had Templars ready to decapitate young mages should they fail and Templars ready to lobotomise people they SUSPECTED of being Blood Mages ( because Jowan was never seen using Blood Magic ).

 

I can't see Mages and Templars being a love/love relationship.
