What mage in their right mind would willingly join the Qun?
I little girl that wished she could have a real pair of horns.

I reckon Viv would prefer a really good pair of shoes, in fact several. The Qun life would be a drag tbh.
I'm rootin' for you Vivi fans. Who doesn't want to romance someone with Indira's voice?!
Here's hoping too!
Gonna turn in now and when I log back on I'm hoping we'll have some good news. Would prefer to walk into the thread like this

Poor Solas' insistence on wearing his all-fur outfit to the ball didn't go over too well with Vivienne.
^^^This
It fits so well
If Vivienne is the LI, I hope they have Indira Varma showcase it
I just realized the fact that Indira Varma is doing the voice is AWESOME.
I watched the video again debuting Indira and I knew that regardless if Vivienne is an LI or not
She will be bloody amazing
Here's hoping too!

Imagine if Vivi had been a romance in Origins...and you did the ultimate sacrifice
Well, lurking in the Blackwall thread just made me lose all hope for a Vivienne romance.
Why ? Before Solas was announced as a straight female elf option only, you could look at his thread and see that everyone thought he would be bisexual and open-minded.
So unless Bioware says it so, it is never confirmed.
Plus, Vivienne does not seem to be type who goes for moping drunks, ![]()
Oh yes I see that. But there does seem to be sound reasoning. They're talking about how it was said they wanted people to have at least two LIs available to them and how this may have been said before Iron Bull was un-gated. So if someone wanted to play a gay male dwarf, they'd have been stuck with Dorian if Vivienne was the LI. Also, there's the fact that Vivienne has received no hints while Blackwall has his 'Soon...'.Why ? Yeah, i'm getting that vibe too. Ugh.

I guess it depends when IB was switched to being open for all races and if their 'at least 2 per race/orientation' rule applied at that time.
This is so strange to me. I did not even know that there hadn't been any hints that Vivi could have been a LI. I just thought it was a given that arguably the most interesting character from both a design and personality perspective would have been given that option. I really don't get the mindset IF she is not a LI what was the thought process behind it? She has so much potential to be a great character and I would love to see how she reacts in a this type of relationship, how guarded or affectionate she would be for example.
Also not to mention, if she happens not to be race gated, what the dynamic a Quanari or Elven mage LI would present to her. How they would clash, even possibly separating for a period of time mid romance so that she could work through it. Imagine if at that stage the success of the relationship would depend on your charm. These things are what I was looking forward to, so when it came down between her and Blackwall (who to me seems as interesting as mud) I thought it was a given.
Hopefully I am right and that she is available, though if not I would be really disappointed.

"Most interesting" is your personal opinion, but I do agree that I want her as a love interest.
If she's not, though, I won't be too disappointed. I quite like Cassandra.

well thats just like your opinion sure I like Vivienne also but saying that she is the most interesting character is a bit far fetched
also Blackwall is more interesting in my opinion (and not like mud)
Hopefully you are wrong..
It's strange to me because she was among the very first characters to be revealed, so you'd expect we know more about her than some others by now.
Soon™

Of course! It's why I stated that arguably she is the most interesting did not think I needed to also state according to me. (Which is a given and I mean it is the Vivienne discussion thread, where more than likely the people who find her interesting would come to discuss the same.)
If you think Blackwall is more interesting obviously that's fine you are entitled to that opinion. Though I also hope you are wrong. I have no interest in romancing him since I am straight and do not play female characters so to me its obviously a waste if he is the final LI. Though hoping for the 4:4 male: female split to balance it out.
Though for some reason I see Blackwall as being a celibate romance similar to Samara and Sebastian.
Apparently after a siging Sheryl Chee when talking about Blackwall said "I wasn't expecting him to be that hot, I hope you're not too disappointed." This could be anything, but I'm taking it as a sign of hope for us (I do feel bad for people who want to climb the wall though)

That sounds promising. I'm still going to keep hope alive
Or it could be anything really.... What I do hope is that Viv is bi.

if she's straight I'd rather have Blackwall to be the last LI. .__.

yeah, whoever the last LI is I'm just hoping they're bi/gay.
