I think a few months' time is generally enough for voice work. Happens all the time with DLC characters.

I have nooo idea, they could've sampled her voice for that one video... anythings possible. But in comparison they sound very similar

That is also possible. I never thought the VO's from last year's demo were anything more than placeholder.

Yeah, they could have sampled her voice for last year's demo and then decided to bring her in later on.
I think I remember Mark tweeting something about the September demo being raw and that anything could change in the final release, which would make sense.
Still, fingers crossed for GC to be Viv's voice actress!

Yeah, they didn't distinguish themselves from Ferelden voices with Bela and Duncan. Although I thought Rivain might be like Spain at one point.
I think it would be awesome for Vivienne to have a South African accent.

I thought they were Italy. Or more specifically, old Venitian Italy.
Antiva and it's Likes are analogues to the free italian Cities, while rivain is something of a Stand-In for Spain / moorish Spain.
I bet I can halve the amount of words in that sentence and make it doubly good.

The same. That's why I was surprised. But The op asked was vivienne meant to become and Mary answered she is. I think it's clear. After that, I read the lore about what is and what does a first enchanter in a circle. I must admit, I never was so interested by " what is the meaning of this job. " 
That's what I found with wiki :

This decision must also take into consideration the opinion of the templars. Well Vivienne is confirmed to be from the Montsimmard circle, I think Fiona was First Enchanter of that circle so if she does indeed die in the explosion and Vivienne was her successor that would technically make Viv First Enchanter but it wouldn't mean much because of the rebellion. Maybe that's what Mary meant when she said "she is".
If that is the case then I would be interested to know how Viv became her successor.

Fiona left the Grey Wardens and became the Grand Enchanter at some point. I think she was part of the Monstimmard Circle at one point but don't know if she was ever the First Enchanter there.
But Gwindeline isn't French. How could she be the VA of Vivienne?
