I'm joking, just because you can't rommance Vivienne doesn't mean she falls into this stereotype. Black female characters can be single without being a stereotype.

Many are well aware of that stereotype, hence poking fun at it.   Story reasons for Viv being too busy for our romantic bsns should be interesting, or if she's romantically involved with Celene I'm very cool with that idea. Or maybe she has plans on world domination also possible, she is the ambition afterall.

Me too. I hope she's super central to the plot and you have no choice but to deal with her and she can't die. I'm hoping her friendship is really deep as much as it pains me to know i can never romance her.

Pass the drink !  This remind me so much of Mass effect 2 , not having my squad with me . Liara stuck being the broker , I end up making my FemShep mix drinks and drink alot between every mission . Too bad none made a comment why she was wobbly

I'd never have romanced Vivienne in my playthroughs due to the fact she's Orlaisian and supports the Circle system but I think she'll be be a very fun character interact with.

I fully expect our conversations to go like this, though.

 

"I believe the Circle system is evil and should be dismantled."

Vivienne Disapproves -1.

 

"I believe that mages shouldn't seek political power."

Vivienne Disapproves -5

 

"I believe mages should live amongst the common folk."

 

Vivienne Disapproves -10

 

"I prefer simple white robes."
