No, not really, at least not for me. Even if Bioware tends to re-use the same character tropes.

Kind of.. they're both very Type A it seems. But Vivienne sees much more value in the Circle system, so they're drastically different in that respect. I also think Vivienne, despite her attitude, is more smooth and charming. I'm surprised that Morrigan has survived in the Orlesian court system at all. She doesn't care for other people much.
