Try not to die laughing.
Vivienne's attempt to teach Iron Bull to dance just made me picture this:

Are there any other fabulous horned hats we can find/make for Vivienne, or is it just the one she starts with?
Can anyone tell me directly what Viv's stance would be if chosen for Divine? I see a lot of conflicting info about her views and the competency of her projected reign.
Essentially, she rules exactly the way you might expect from having conversations with her.

I am wondering the same thing, I have found 2 different ones: the one that she starts off with and one you receive after completing her personal quests. I hope there are more, can anyone confirm?
I expected her to be a cold-hearted iron lady, but after her personal quest, she really won me over. Really did not expect that.
Did anyone get a scene with her when you change most of your decoration to Orlesian? Because I got like her commenting about how she wants me to go to her personal seamstress or something.
If so, wonder what will happen if I choose Ferelden which I know she hates?
Alright, now I'm backtracking on my previous comments.
I do still appreciate the fresh view regarding circle life that Vivienne brings to the series. But after listening to her full banter with Blackwall and a few other characters, I can't stand her any more. She's a vile, petty individual with a horrible superiority complex who delights on taking a verbal sh*t on everything I love about the series.
She may well have surpassed Aveline for companion I dislike the most.
So, as it turns out, nope, I wasn't wrong.

I don't think that conversation's tied to what you choose as decoration. I changed one banner (not to Orlesian) and got it. And, good grief, I wish Viv would. Those sparkles on the thighs are bad.
If anyone wanted to see Vivienne show weakness, it's here. Cole tears down her defenses as easily as he does enemies.
A couple things about Viv, to me:
-Very well written character, as most of the companions are
-absolutely hated how she ripped on Cole
-really liked her scene regarding
-was rather amused how she saw through Blackwall's deception
- I did not want her

As much as I love this woman, there was no way in hell that I was going to support her as
What does one love about her anymore? She seems even worse than my previous expectations.
I have to admit that the way she treats some of the companions is a bit harsh, but just like Sera she also has her good moments.

She has moments that I'm pleased to hear, although mostly those involve her impotently snarling at me (and not letting me respond to very poorly-phrased rhetorical questions; yes, I did feel free on my travels with my clan, thank you very much).

Well considering that I support her views on the Circle to a degree, she's not that bad to me. She's a little more conservative than I would like (I am more aligned with Rhys or Wynne's views), but she's certainly not in conflict with my views. I treat her with respect as she's a high ranking Circle member and representative of the Orlesian Court, so she treats me with equal respect back. She never got terribly snippy with me (Dorian was actually worse about this and he was my romance!). I supported her during her companion quest with no questions asked. She ended up being being one of my closest allies and confidants. She's brilliant and wickedly sharp with her comebacks. I love snarky, witty intellectuals,so she and Dorian are 1 and 2 in my book this time around. Plus she's gorgeous and a fantastic dresser.
All that being said,

Funny. All I had to do was make the mages my allies and say that mages should be free, and she wound up despising me.
Vivienne was the only character I was not interested in at all. Not as a companion, not as a force for the inquisition and certainly not as a romance. However I did recruit her and kept her, I find the option to refuse people to join a little weird since you don't know many things about them at that point. And sending them away is no help either, just avoid them or ignore them I say. For me she was to "highclass" and to much into her faith and all, couldn't get along with her even if I tried. Furthermore I see nothing interesting about her, what's there to find or ask about?
And one more thing if I hear her say "My Dear" one more time, I will run to the old gods myself and ask them to lock her away for all eternity.

I made the mages my allies as well. But I said that I supported a reformed Circle where mages were self-governing and templars had reduced roles. She wasn't thrilled with me, but everything else I did got her approval way up. In fact, she was the first one of my companions who I became "friends" with.

Same here, She treated my character like a child for the rest of the game.
I liked her as a character and I plan on supporting her for the next Divine. Mainly cause my Male Mage Trevelyan is in a relationship with Josie and I don't want Cass or Leliana on the Sunbrust Throne. She knows how to play the game well. Leliana is too extreme and Cassandra is a warrior. Also as a Mage she represents the Chantry's willingness to change and adapt.
