At that point, it doesn't matter. If she's that paranoid about her reputation or whatthehellever, it's clear that she has issues with prioritization that will likely clash with my tasks at some point.

I still just can't see Vivienne as racist. As both a Circle mage and someone of Rivaini heritage, she's probably not going to look down on elves at all. She also has no reason to hate dwarves and her pretty positive relationship with Iron Bull probably speaks for her views on Qunari. People say she's worried about her image, well she took the job as court mage, previously a glorified jester, despite what it would do for her initial reputation. Vivienne's bigger than that, if you ask me. The only person who's opinion of her truly matters in her professional life is Celene, and I highly doubt Celene would have any problem with Vivienne getting into a relationship with an elf.

I don't think she'll be gated at all because I think animation was the limiter (there will also be story reasons, but I think animation was the driver) and she's no harder than any human. Vivienne likes power and any Inquisitor will have it in spades.

But if she's worrying so much about reputation, then it's clear that she may have dangerously misplaced priorities when the time comes to do something in the Inquisition that may sully it, and it will.

I'm not sure the Inquisitor's libido is as big of a priority as one might take from your statement.
I can see her as using any excuse to put anyone that is below her in their place, in order to keep them from rising higher. If this means exploiting the face they're an elf or a dwarf, so be it.
If ambition really is the core facet of Vivienne, then I imagine that she'd be racist when it benefits her and also benevolent and kind to the down-trodden when it benefits her, with a lot of forethought so she won't make any decision that'd backfire on her. Maybe I'm putting too much focus on the 'ambitious' part though.

Primarily because the same animations from Josephine could be used, as opposed to Varric and Iron Bull, whose models are unique in the party.
So weird question but will her hats be part of her costumes all the time or can we take them off like any normal head gear? Cuz I have to say I am loving the bald look.

Because if we really are getting 2/4/2 with the bisexuals being race gates, I imagine a size difference would be more challenging.

They said only two characters are race gated. It is easy to assume that those will be Verric and Iron Bull.
Verric will be since they had him say in DA2 that he was not into humans.
And Iron Bull since he is HUGE and will prob be locked out of Dwarves (Who get Verric so it equals out)
That's what I am thinking anyway.
Let's imagine Vivienne touches the elven Inquisitor's shoulder. You use that same animation for a human and the hand will end up inside the Inquisitor's shoulder. It will be about a foot above a dwarven Inquisitor's shoulder. Vivienne would be lovingly caressing a qunari Inquisitor's lung.
Someone has to go through and fiddle for the models for the entire scene.
Yeah this Is why I think Iron Bull will not get to romance Dwarves. While with a human, elf, and Qunari you just have to adjust the hand a little to reach the Shoulder you would need to make Iron Bull get down on his Knees to do the same scene with a Dwarf.
