Let's imagine Vivienne touches the elven Inquisitor's shoulder. You use that same animation for a human and the hand will end up inside the Inquisitor's shoulder. It will be about a foot above a dwarven Inquisitor's shoulder. Vivienne would be lovingly caressing a qunari Inquisitor's lung.
Someone has to go through and fiddle for the models for the entire scene.
Is the elven Inquisitor really that much more slender than the human? I thought their proportions were roughly equal.

Weird thing though is as you watch one can't swap her boots or that for any of the companions. I suspect when we craft armor we craft the entire set and equip the set all together

I am almost 100% they said that boots and gloves will come in sets. So if you equip said gloves the matching boots come with it. I think that's what I read someplace.

I've never really understood why they feel the need to keep voice actors secret when the cat is already out of the bag. It would make sense if we didn't know about the character, but that's not the case.
