I wouldn't get my hopes up of her VA being revealed today. Shortly after expressing his desire to publicly gush over her VA, Gaider tweeted this:

If Gaider's so impress by her VA that he's tempted to go against "the Plan", I'm going to assume that she's pretty awesome.   Which is good.  I don't think Vivienne would stand for a sub-par VA.

Total stab(s) in the dark, but I think Vivienne's home FM city would be either Tantervale, where 'Chantry law is all but absolute' and a city guard 'obsessed with enforcement' or the 'backwater' of Ansburg, which might explain why she might hide any surname she may or may not have.

Well she's seems the sort of person Gaider would want to gush over and I can hear definite similarities in the voices. She's also done some video game work before, but she's never worked for Bioware before. And making your voice posher is very, very easy I would say, so I'm sure she could do it.

Hold on if she is from the freemarches and kirkwall is in the freemarches and hawkes famliy came from kirkwall and the mageWarden is also from there then and his or her sisters and brothers were taken to other circles of magi then Viv could be the sister of our magewarden.I think MageWarden mom name was Revka she was said to have other kids that got token away to other circles.
