There is still hope. I'm eagerly awaiting news as well but it took awhile for them to even tell us Josephine's name. I bet they are trying to keep traffic flowing since we are still in July.

Dunno. They still plan to release a lot of info about Skyhold, classes and specializations, and a lot of other stuff. Shouldn't be that hard to keep traffic flowing even if they reveal the romances. Which, let's face it, would actually increase it in the short run.

Vivienne better not be race gated...humans are so boring. Wasn't there a rumour that she might be half elf also? hmm...ok if the race gate her leave out the Quanari or Dwarves...Elves have suffered enough!

She could take a pragmatic 'it's just another tool' approach to it. She might see using blood to power spells as a crutch that leaves you vulnerable to demons.

I wonder if Vivienne is faithful. Does she believe in the Maker, and that magic ought to serve mankind but never to rule it? Does she see downfall of the Tevinter Imperium as evidence of their corruption, or just a magical experiment gone awry?

My only playthrough for DA:O was a warrior. My only finish playthrough for DA II a mage.

I expect my first playthrough of DA:I will be a rogue, but the idea that specializations matter make me want to pick Reaver. Mages don't appeal to me. If I play one, it would be on my third playthough.

I've never had a third playthrough of any BioWare game. :/

Same here, the max I have played a DA game is twice and that was DAO (warrior & mage). I have played the multiple endings of ME3 though, does that count?

 

About your comment on blood magic; would Vivienne, who supports of  the circle, consider blood magic as a tool? I dont think she will, especailly if her claim of supporting the circle is truthful.

 

On the subject of the maker; does Vivienne believe in the maker? thats an interesting question which leads to another question... does everyone who supports the circle believe in the maker? If Vivienne believes in the maker then she can chant with my PC, Cass and Leliana all day long.

I tend to think that everyone believes in the Maker unless they're from a culture that doesn't.
