well, she certainly likes 'big horns', so it might well be.
I'm standing by my theory that she'll be race gated against the Trevelyan Inquisitor.

hm, I don't know. I hope we'll get at least two races for each remaining LI. But humans seems most plausible if there's only one race.

Why do you think so? I don't think the human Inquisitor will be race gated against at all because most people play as humans. I think she could be human-only, actually. The human Inquisitor's Free Marcher nobility background may be the hook that grabs her initial romantic interest. There's immediate commonality with a human Inquisitor whereas Dalish elf, Vashoth, and surface dwarf seem worlds away from what she's generally about and into.

Vivienne will like me! I will make her!
Well they say there's a story reason behind the two remaining race gated LIs. To me, that suggests it's meatier than just blah blah doesn't like this race because they're racist, (in which case, why are they following my Inquisitor in the first place.), or they're not attracted to races with pointy ears. Being a fellow Marcher, I think Vivienne might have some history with the Trevelyans and for that reason not want to be romantically involved with such an Inquisitor, or have generally strained relationship with one.
I don't think it will be a racist thing, I don't think she'll have a race or looks problem with an elf, or vashoth, or dwarf Inquisitor at all. She's just "not about that life," if you will, and I think "being about that life," again, if you will, would dictate her romantic partner more than anything else. I just see her being on the same plane as the human Inquisitor in this way.

What life?
What life?
Any life other than her own, really. I don't think Vivienne is about that Dalish life, or that vashoth life, or that surface dwarf life. I don't think she'll care that much. I just think that if the human Inquisitor is about that life that she's about, they have the best shot with her, the only shot, if I'm going to guess at who's race-gated.

I don't know... if she can find power somewhere, I think she could adapt to it fairly well.

There is no Way she is gated against Qunari. Look at the Hat.
I'm having a Deja-Vu.
Do we actually know which Fraternity Vivienne belonged to, if she ever belonged to one?
Nope but I'm sure she did belong to one.
I can safely say...she was not with the Libertarians.

That's a possibility too. I just think that race-gating her for the nobility reason makes more sense than some of the other companion race-gate possibilities and explanations I've heard. From my own process of elimination, I believe Vivienne will be race-gated for humans only if she's a romance.

Equally, the fact that the Trevelyans are a noble family from her homeland might be exactly the excuse she's looking for to get closer to them
Ha, indeed.
I was actually thinking a Lucrosian... if that's the correct term for the one that seeks wealth and power. It does fit Vivienne.
I would guess the Aequitarians since they are the most abundant and influential.
Plus they are typically more moderate.
Ah, but that wouldn't make sense for the mage Trevelyan who is no longer considered a noble and wouldn't be able to inherit any titles or anything.

I actually think it's the Lucrosians as well. They value wealth and political power. Vivienne does seem to fit the description nicely.

Right, just like Alistiar and the Human Noble couldn't claim a title after becoming Grey Ward... Oh wait.
That scenario is different since the Grey Wardens can and do take a interest in politics. Not to mention they don't have a influencial organization to stop them either.
Officially, the Wardens are politically neutral and don't get involved. Though that's a lie.
The Inquisition, of which we are the leader, takes an interest in politics as well.
Exactly, and both organizations don't beholden themselves to the Chantry unlike every single Circle mage in Thedas.
If one tried to grab political power the Chantry would raise hell over it,which is why no Circle mage bothers to get into non Circle politics.
