Somehow I don't think the Devs went so far as to include cultural standards of beauty into the game or hair removal techniques through the nations. This reminds me of the Jaheira romance from Baldur's Gate 2. People didn't want to romance her because they thought that as a druid she would have hairy armpits and legs. 
There are times it's good to remember it's just a video game. Real life standards need not apply.

You've stated that you think Cassandra shaves her public hairs. We don't know anything about Thedas that would suggest that's true. If we bring Cassandra into a contemporary context, that still seems unlikely.
Someone is saying that they disagree with your assessment. Can you provide your reasoning? Because Jaheira and 'it's just a video game' doesn't do so.
