It sounds like her and when listening to the Gameplay part 1 demo again, it really sounds like her. I think she voice Vivienne.
Listen to her voice again please........ then go to the demo and listening "Rest asure dead seeker, i'm never. truly out of my element".
Indira's voice is more "british quirky"..... while Vivienne's voice seems more... demanding, something like Aveline's in a posh way = Like Gwenoline Christie. I know Gwenoline is not the VA.

If there is an option I won't take it. I prefer her to be just the way she is.
I guess we are down to one romance option left with the Semi-Confirm of Solas likely being romanceable(nothing is official). Out of the 3 likely remaining options(Varric,Blackwall,Vivienne). Vivi make the most sense to be the last romance option. I don't want to get ahead(hopes) up just yet.

As long as she doesn't insult me all the time, I don't care how she acts... but I'm mainly interested in her as a combatant, not a friend.

I could see her being more assertive and demanding in the game. I think she could totally pull it off. Voice actors/actresses can change their accents.

I though about Indira Varma too some time ago but it does not sound like her at all, not even in her normal tone. It would make a lot more sense her being Josephine, I really hope they reveal this at least during Gamescon.
