One thing that gets me about her is she's supposed to be a diplomat yet she writes an incredibly obnoxious letter that is the opposite of diplomatic to someone.

 

The video is a joke.  I mean, she suggests that Mary Kirby might be replaced by cat memes in the eyes of spam bots, small children, and pets.  I think you're reading way too much into that if you got "bad diplomat" from a fake twitter war with Mary Kirby.

I've been one of Viv's biggest detractors on these boards, but the announcement of Indira Varma as her VA has me intrigued, as I'm a big fan of hers.

Well yeah but there is a similar letter that Vivienne is actually meant to have written on her Character Profile. Indira was just being a real life version of Viv and ofc it was a bit hammed up for comedic purposes.
