I have split the Hak Files into 34 .rar files at 100meg each and uploaded to Media Fire, can i link in this "Manage Download Servers" option in the creation kit to work with these files, Or am i being too optimistic??
Whats everyone's experiences with regards to this matter

Sounds like you are doing it wrong if you want to use ADL. If you want people to download the files manually, then sure, go ahead, but who is going to download 34 files manually to play your server?
For ADL there is a whole arcane proceedure to follow that invariably fails and refuses to work until you have sacrificed 3 goats and a virgin under the full moon. Have you performed these steps?

Can't really help you with that. Guy who hosts our server has done it until now. I'm about to learn myself as i've taken over hosting of the downloads.
