Hello.  I"m certain that I saw posts about this yesterday, but my connection and use of this site is so tenuous that I can't get find those posts again.  I'm sorry about the duplication, but any help I could be given would be very welcome.

I've been having a very, very difficult time registering on this social network site.  I already had an EA account and a Bioware account, and registering wouldn't let me connect to them (every time I tried, I couldn't get past the registration screen).  I eventually made a  new email account, switched my bioware account to that email account, and used that email account via the game to make my Dragon Age account.

Now, whenever I try logging in with my email address, it takes me to the registration screen again, and won't let me get past it.  It automatically shows my display name (Jestenoir), but then says that I can't use that because it is already in use, and I can't get past it.  

If I log in with JUST my display name, I get farther (though it says my display name is Jeste, I believe).  But it has no game or character information.

If I try to redeem codes (I have the collector's version through EA), it sends me to that registration page that I can't get past (auto displaying display name, can't use that name because it is already in use, can't change the name), and I never get the option to do anything with the codes.

Please, any help fixing this would be very, very welcome.

I'm sorry to bump my own thread, but it has already moved from the front page, and I'm really hoping someone can help me.

No one can help? Until I can link this account with my game (which should be the same account) I can't upload info or update codes. Makes me VERY unhappy I I bought the collector's edition.

Well, I figured out (I think), that I have two accounts. This one (Jeste), that has no game data linked to it, but I can at least make forum posts. Then there is the "real" account (Jestenoir), that will never go through the registration screen, so I can't do anything with it. I went to the EA boards and saw that I CAN log in with that account using the email and password set up in the game, and that my game is tied to it.



Now if I could only actually use the account and then redeem my codes.

Ok, I'm getting more than a bit frustrated. On the other site account I have (Jestenoir, the one tied to the game, and I have NO idea why I have two), I still cannot log into this site. Since you have tied all DLC codes with this site, that means that I can't even begin the process to redeem the codes in the CE version of the game.



I've sent several emails to support, and I've made this forum post, and I haven't even received a "we know of the problem and are working on it" reply.



I really don't want to have to return a game over something as stupid as this problem with the site.
