Funny you should mention a game like the Witcher, a game where I have no romance options, and no option to not play a straight male either (and yet I played the game anyway, and didn't whine about it being unfair). The protagonist in that game is a straight male regardless of what the actual player is, so the women available to him reflect that.
In DA:I the gender and orientation of the protagonist is entirely up to the player, and the romance options reflect that. You will have the same number of options as everyone else. And believe me women and gays are just as restricted by their own personal preference as you are. I've spoken to many straight girls who romance no one in the first Mass Effect game because they didn't like Kaidan. They had an option and they abstained from it. You will have options, you may choose to abstain from them but don't act as if you're being treated unfairly or don't have any.
Just because you're used to getting preferential treatment doesn't mean that when you get treated equally you are suddenly being marginalized. You have it better than I do in like 90% of the AAA games out there, I'm afraid I just can't feel sorry for you when one game comes along that treats us equally.
