If Bioware fully fleshes out and designs every inch of the like they should have before then I'd welcome it

I'd like to visit the free marches but not kirkwall specifically. I do really want to see something done with sebastian. I mean he has no other choice but to go back to starkhaven. And he was all threatening to burn kirkwall. Though that storyline would've been better with Hawke....

No thanks, I would rather go someplace new, like Nevarra, if we get a DLC or expansion.

I would like to revisit it purely because of the new engine and to see my actions take affect.

I have had enough of Kirkwall to last a lifetime.

If I go back to Kirkwall it better look like a crater or hell was unleashed on it. (To be honest I am still relatively sad about the Exalted March dlc getting canned ages ago since the 2 dlcs for DA2 were actually a huge improvement.)

I'm sure we all have fond memories of certain caves (cave) along the wounded coast  ;)

Eh, Why not Stark Haven where Sebastian Vael lives. We already seen Kirkwall

But yeah Kirkwall will be a lot different with the Frostbite Game Engine.

Yes, let's return to the "see-how-long-we-can-stretch-a-game-with-the-total-of-about-7-rooms" city. I've had all the brown I can take with Dragon Age 2's setting.

I think returning to Kirkwall could be interesting but I would want it to be a Optional/Timed Section like Grissom Academy was in ME3.

I had only 4 Issues 2 Major and 2 Minor and they ruined DA2 for me. The Major ones ruined the game and the minor ones were just personal complaints of mine.

My DA2 Major Issues

1.DA2 did not fully finish Hawke's Story Arc The Exalted Marches Expansion may not have saved DA2 but it would have at least resolved Hawkes Story.

2.Reused Enviorments enough said

My Minor Issues with DA2

1.Not being able to romance Aveline

2.The CC was pretty bad then again so was Origins and so was ME's I still find it funny that deep Character/Story driven games like ME & DA have such pathetic CC's but the Saints Row games have  some of the best CCs I have ever seen.

So if we did return to Kirkwall and meet up with Aveline I would lament my unrequited love for her :(  and complain but I would play through the Expansion/Dlc to unlock everything Weapons/Armors/Accessories but after that I wouldnt play it again ever.

Since Kirkwall had it's own game, I'm pretty opposed to seeing it again.

That said, I would give it a fair chance, like any piece of content. Kirkwall is in a weird position of where I would normally stand just because of how much exposure it already got. While Denerim and Orzammar were essentially passing glances out of a fast-moving window, you really got down into the dirt with Kirkwall.

Navarra seems like a better fit for an entire city based expansion, and I would be incredibly surprised if that's not where DA:I's post-release content was leaning.

I would like it if there was one quest devoted to it. You could go back and see how it was remade. Maybe convince some of them to tear down those slave statues as you row inland. But just a quest. Then you leave.

Kirkwall much like Thedas in general I do not think has been done well visually so far.  So yes, I would love to see Kirkwall again.  Sure the environments were repeated and dusty looking but given the potential with Frostbite I would love to see it with a proper visual fidelity.  And just give it a sense it is a city.

Why not return to Kirkwall for a short visit?  I think the fact that we did spend so much time there makes it interesting to see what's left of it post DA 2.  The whole mage/templar war started there.  And I don't want Hawke simply erased because some people didn't like Dragon Age 2.  If we're going to hang out in Ferelden again, going to Kirkwall for one mission or for a DLC sounds fine to me.  Varric obviously still has ties there.  Aveline and her husband.  The Hanged Man.  A city that already seemed to bleeding into the Fade before the tear occurs.  I'll be surprised if we DON'T go to Kirkwall.

I would love to go back to Kirkwall. It's one of my favorite places in Dragon Age.

It just depends on the content on offer, if the content is fun/good, i don't care if it's in Kirkwall or Starkhaven or where ever.

Considering how often people are so willing to walk up to DA devs and tell them how much they hate DA2, not likely.

Please no, hope I never see that place again.

I'm shocked it hasn't been completely overrun by the criminals anyway seeing you ran across more of those than actual citizens when you were there before.
