Don't know enough to answer for sure though my Inquisitor will have some issues with the more amoral and for the greater good types.
What Companions are you NOT going to let join the Inquisition, based on who your PC is?

I plan on being ruthless. The only characters I plan on sparing are Varric & Cassandra; everyone else dies. No one is safe from my inquisition.

None, as long as the heathens (any elves who have yet to see the light and still cling to their primitive, pagan idolatry) and infidels (Such as the Iron Bull, with his vile godless religion) among them renounce their false ways and follow the Maker.
If it takes some time, than so be it, Inquisloo will not turn away any wayward souls, but should they reject the One and Only Truth; that the Maker is the One True God and Andraste was his Bride and Prophet; they'll be executed on the grounds of blasphemy and false idol worship.
I like WH40k, and they're having me play a guy called "the Inquisitor" of course he's going to be a puritanical zealot.
Wait, I forgot about Cole, he's a demon and thus must be banished from this world, back to whence he came.
No exceptions, I'll learn about him when I play a dwarf.

Pretty sure I'll recruit everybody.
My rogue qunquisitor doesn't turn down help when offered, even when that help is less than scrupulous, and once you're in her crew, you're in her crew.
My pro-circle mage Hawke sold Isabela out in the name of peace because morals. Qunquisitor probably would have gotten into a slap fight with the Arishok, then walked off with the book after gutting him.
Hawke, for instance, would never align herself with Cole or Solas. She wants nothing to do with the Fade. She almost went nutso when Anders did his whole SURPRISE FIREWORKS and even though she didn't gut him, because she sort of supported what he did, I imagine he didn't get up without a broken jaw, swollen nose and bloody black eyes. Then yelled at Seb for being a pansy and watched him storm off.
Qunquisitor supports mage freedom, so she would have loved to be there to spit in Meredith's face. I look forward to seeing how she'll interact with Cassandra, Vivienne and Cullen.

I always recruit everyone, it's like collecting pokemon. Gotta catch (romance) 'em all!
I've never hated any characters but I have felt indifference to them (Leliana, Wynne, Aveline, Isabela, Merrill (wow, I don't connect with a lot of female characters)). I play through their friendship/romance arc but I usually leave them behind, whether their beliefs align with mine or not.
For Inquisition I think I'll probably leave behind Sera and Solas, possibly Cassandra, just from the little explanations of their personalities, but everyone will have a chance at earning a spot in my party.

I may recruit them all but If they survive is a whole different matter , Quite a few of the companions I am worried about that will not mix well with me , Sera / Viv and possibly Dorian. Those 3 will be on a short leash and i'll give them a chance but 3 Strikes rule , then your out.. and by out I mean I put you on a catapult and send you *Out* lol!

Cullen, Cassandra, Leliana, anyone strongly associated with either the templars or the chantry, like I have always said, Vlad Tepes had the right method, I will provide the target, death to all Andrastrians.

All of them, like in every RPG. The ones I'dont like, simply stay in the base.

I have a couple Inquisitors that should not be seeing Cullen, as he should have died or been imprisoned in DAO. Off the top of my fading memory, that might be the only Companion to be excluded from play.

This would entirely depend on which character i'm playing as! for example both my Dalish rogue and Qunari warrior are going to be pro-circle so:
-Dorian is definetly out for these two
-Solas is a big maybe, i could see my Qunari putting aside their prejudice for their knowledge of the fade at least
-Vivienne is the only mage that is definetly in for both, since she has been said to be pro-circle and she comes off as pragmatic
-Cole is also a very debatable one, i will need to see where they took his characterization before i decide.
-Sera will be in, but these two are going to be my pragmatic characters (and one of them will be my "canon" one) so she may end up leaving anyway
-Even if Cassandra turns out to be optional she would be in since she seems to align with my inquisitors line of thinking.
-Iron bull will be in for my Dalish, but most likely not for my Qunari
-Varric is in, but he may butt heads with my inquisitors, which i find a nice contrast with his relationship with hawke that i look forward to exploring
-Blackwall is in
However my Cadash will accept everyone while my human mage is the opposite of the above

The companions are one of my absolute favorite things about BioWare games so I'll never ever turn a companion away, and I would certainly not make such a decision before ever even playing the game.

Why turn a companion away and lose story content, dialogue, and make your objectives harder to reach without their followers? I always recruit and keep all the companions- I like seeing the different dialogues and reactions from them on my playthroughs.

I'm not bashing anyone, just staying my opinions. Didn't attack anyone specifically, just a reason why I won't bring him along since I don't want to be hit on by a guy.

I was making a Joke. Sometimes people on these Forums can go rabid about Statements like yours above.

I'll recruit everyone and keep them around as long as doing so doesn't result in losing someone I like better, or requires me to make choices I really don't like.
People I probably will bench most of the time;
Iron Bull, Cassandra, Sera

They can try. I'll just report or ignore them if they start bashing. I'm not here for the drama.

FYI, just because someone is gay doesn't automatically mean they'll be lusting after your man meat and constantly hitting on you.
