My thoughts too. There are two race-gated characters right? And I don't see Solas being race-gated (he doesn't seem to care about race).

It's possible, but I have real doubts that Cassandra, Dorian, Cullen, or Sera are racegated. Being heterosexual or homosexual, also being racegated would limit how many people could experience that content.
