. It's the most finicky little system I've ever run into. It took me hours to get the fanart OP right.
Speaking of, what do people think of my new sig and icon? I've been wanting to switch out my icon for awhile, but someone in this thread was already using my usual icon. Dunno how this one will work out. I'm up for suggestions if anyone has any. 
The way I had it was so messy. I'd been trying to have a nice, clean link for some time.
Quite sure there's a Dragon Age love story in this one somewhere. Perhaps a gender-swapped Blackwall? Or another warden? Varric and Bianca?

It's a Tazzlewurm. Mythological lizards that appear to be part cat part snake. Most interpretations make the front end more lizard like, but I've always preferred to take the description more literally .

I remember those. They had character trailers planned but learned from their mistakes pre-DAO and chose not to make spoiler trailers.
I didn't see the DAO trailers until around when I preordered DAI. What happened?

Then that was a good call, especially with Anders. That was way too much information about that arc, considering how important he is to the plot. They should have kept Aveline's and Varric's though. It was nicely descriptive without giving too much away.

Really gives you a bit of perspective on how he viewed his friends, doesn't it? Clearly has a lot of respect for Izzy and Aveline, and a lot of concern for Fenris, Daisy, and Anders. That stuff didn't always come up in banter, especially the respect part. Thank you for sharing.
Also, I knew I spelled it wrong. I was told about them verbally long before I ever read about them.

Oh hell no, I don't have the talent. Didn't make this one either. But I'm glad I was able to introduce someone to these guys, they're one of my favorite mythological creatures.

A lot of those really obscure ones have five or six different spellings. It was written when I discovered them.
You know what Orlais needs? A bete du Gevaudan random encounter.
I wasn't around pre-DAO but from what I know they spoiled Zevran, Oghren and even Shale, apparently the trailers spoiled a lot of the main plot so there wasn't enough mystery to the characters.

Wow, I'm surprised they spoiled Shale. That's a biggie. I mean, having an elf assassin and a dwarven warrior isn't exactly novel in games like this, but Shale certainly was.
