I was thinking more about the last 2 slots today. Is it possible they would both be male and the flirty NPCs be female? I'm just not so certain it's going to be 2 bisexuals of each gender. Whatever the actual result is, I think it will be between Solas, Varric and Viv.

Judging by what Gaider said in his latest tumblr post, I would argue that 1 bisexual female and 1 bisexual male is the most likely, to ensure equal amount of choices. I think Vivienne is very likely, then. The most mysterious is who the male would be.

I think I killed the romance thread.

 

Vivienne does indeed seem likely. It's a toss up between Solas, Varric and Blackwall. All 3 of them have garnered quite some fans so it will hurt when they are revealed.

 

Was it revealed that the last two would be the racegated LIs? Or was this assumed?

It think it was just assumed because otherwise that'd make the other gender and race-gated and that would be a little much for a character like, say, Cullen.
