im going to search a bit, i may be wrong, but im pretty sure i read that somewhere, and it was way before the speculation that everyone in the team wrote a romance exept gaider(he wrote 2 romances)

This thread totally bummed me out 

But guys, Varric totally makes sense as one of the last remaining LI's, the devs KNOW he's popular among fans (similar to Garrus in ME2) as well as that there's the whole race gating situation, and who of the remaining companions makes more sense than Varric to race gated? On top of this, anyone else see David Gaider's tweet about having to rethink his stance on Dwarven romances? (Link is below)

Sorry, I don't mean it personally. But information gets mixed up or misquoted so easily on this forum, I tend to be pretty wary of rumors in general. Particularly when the person in question doesn't remember when they got it.

 

Again, nothing personal. I just got out of Psychology - the human brain isn't as great at the information game as we like to think.

I'm feeling much better this morning! My favorite character just got announced for SSB ( which alot of people thought would never happen. ) So, luck is on our side guys!

I don't know why everyone thought it wasn't? Still doesn't mean anything though. They could have been developing the Varric romance at the time with Gaider being miffed about it.

Oh, I'm sure it was a joke, that's why I don't think people should read too much into it. Just sayin that whether he likes dwarfmances or not probably wouldn't stop the team from making a dwarfmance if it made sense.
