Reminded me of the villagers in Black & White.

I know it's been talked about before, but man, I wish they would release the Character Creator early, since they aren't doing a playable demo. You know, maybe a couple of weeks early. Because I don't know about everyone else, but it takes me a while to get my character just right.

Oh well, it always takes me an hour to make my character, I doubt any practice will change that because I change my mind so often. XD

Thisssss, I spend hours obsessing over every little detail on their face! And it doesn't help that the lighting in the character creator is so dark! (DA2) I've gotten to the point where I don't even put makeup on my character, because every time I think " Oh, this make-up looks good on her" she ends up looking like a prostitute in the actual game. I'm just glad they're working on better lighting for the CC in DA3. *sigh of relief*

I hate when that happens. Especially in ME2, damn Normandy cutscene... It's no fun the fifth time you see it during the same evening.

I'm the same. I spend ages getting my character looking just right and either the make-up looks worse in game or awkward camera angles make the face look slightly off or they look completely different in game... ME.

Ok here's another fun question for everyone. You get to bring Varric with you as your plus one to the Orlesian Ball mission. What kind of romantic moments can you see happening? And if you have the option to dance, do you think he will be a good or bad dancer?

 

Varric has had to schmooze way too much to not know how to dance. He probably learned "just in case." 

 

As for romantic moments... I wouldn't mind him saving you from a stuffy noble or only "dancing" so you two can talk shop about the suspicious guy in the corner, until he dips you and winks and then you're lost in his eyes(/chesthair).   It'll be early-ish in the game I suspect, so the romance will just be blossoming.

I think it's just the first person I've ever seen call Varric boring, and it surprised me, but I suppose there must be more?

Hahaha, that's too mean Chesty, he's a really nice person, hence why he's my friend.  I suppose he at least enjoyed the series, story wise, even if all his complaints about DA2 are the exact same as everyone elses, so what you'd expect really....except the Varric thing...
