I've already got them compiled:
- Varric has a huge level of popularity with the fanbase, and while I don't think the writers would work their plot around that I don't think they'd ignore it either.
- He's had his looks subtly redesigned, and that redesign fits the look BioWare goes for when they're designing male LIs.
- There's a good chance the last two characters are racegated, and Varric has pretty good reasons for same.
-When an old companion comes back in a bioware sequel , so far they've always been romancable (Garrus, Tali , Anders etc)
- The Varric/Viv screenshot, could mean nothing but could mean something. People thought it could have been an indirect hint at the last 2 LI's.
- "Like a well oiled leather jacket"
- The Hobbit tweet, I stand by this regardless of what was tweeted after. To do one, then the other when your answer is no is nothing short of evil.
- All other "No way in hell" LI's have already had firm "NO!"'s...Leliana and Cole.
- Varric is entertaining and keeps things interesting.
- Gaider said about a Varric romance in DA2 "It was tempting..."
- The "extra" that was almost put into DA2 post interrogation.
- He also said, "If we'd known how popular he'd be, maybe we'd have gone a different way." (paraphrased)
- First dwarf romance? That's a good reason
-If it really is a no, the KINDER thing would have been to let down his fans early. Bioware are aware people have wanted him as a romance since DA2. It doesn't seem like them to drag this out this long just to say no.
--Cameron Lee stressing that Varric loves Bianca too much to let her go sounds like a red herring. We know we can switch out his weapon, but we can't get rid of Bianca nor equip it for ourselves. "Letting Bianca go" in this case could be referring to his crossbow.
- Just because a character was not originally meant to be a romance, doesn't mean the developers can't change their minds:
“Trying to figure out what the romance is…sometimes it requires you to sit back and think about the character a slightly different way because you’ve always thought about them [one way]… Morrigan initially was not supposed to be a romance. I had to change the way I thought about her… [I saw her] as her having built up this sort of armor around herself — that there was a different person underneath. One that she purposely had to squelch because she thought that [it] was weak, because that was what she had been taught. Suddenly when I thought about that, it was, ‘Oh, that’s an interesting place to go.’
“You could almost sleep with Morrigan immediately — before you even got to know her at all — and that was part of her thing… She expected that and right afterwards it’d be over, but you could then scratch beneath the surface and break through her armor.”
There was an interview earlier this year before any romances were announced. I believe it was Allen (will double check when I'm back home). Basically, he said romances will be different this time with different personalities, blah blah blah. Varric for instance is very humorous something or other... Then the interviewer asked him if varric was a romance and Allen kinda realized what he said and was like well we aren't announcing anything right now and gaider wouldn't like it if I spoiled things, but let's just say varric still has some inserted issues with Bianca. ..(none of that was direct quote).... I really wish I was home to pull up the interview, does anyone else remember? I read it as against a varric romance before but now I wonder if he slipped and tried to save it with the Bianca comment
But yeah, if you want to put them at the front of the thread, that'd be great.

dang, sorry about that... I got bit by a dog halloween day once walking home from my high school... I had always walked through that neighbors yard with their consent (they had a back gate that made a really nice shortcut) but they didn't latch the door that day and it just sunk its teeth into my leg. They came running out of the house and I was like "I'm okay, it didn't hurt!" and they pointed down to show me I was bleeding a lot, ended up having to get stitches. They paid for it and were very nice... owners should always take responsibility, never make excuses. 
I'm glad you only got scraped, but I agree that those people can't just have a dog out in public that's going to attack people. :s
