I'm sorry I was so quiet last night, but I had to kinda get away from the forums for a little while.  Don't worry, it isn't you guys, I just kinda had a rough night.  I'm feeling a little drained, but playing through a lot of Citadel made me feel better.  The constant humor in that DLC helped cheer me up.

 

The hubby is on his way home, and here in about an hour, I'm taking out my remaining frustrations out on my lawn.  I need to use the weed eater for our rather big front lawn as well as trim up a rosebush.  Working up a sweat can be a great stress relief.  

 

@Kathy Thanks for posting the Varric love from FB.  If possible, I'd love to get that screenie onto the the OP.

I don't know yet which race I will play. It depends to what races Varric will be gated.   I always have problem with picking team because I want to take everyone with me.

Dwarves won't be gated against Varric, though I would laugh my ass off if that was the case.  You'll have the last name Cadash.  You can be the lore anomaly that is a dwarf with a glowing magic hand.  You can make a cute dwarven battle couple.  And raise the statistics of the players that try that race.

Also, the fact that Cadash is Shale's house kinda makes it super awesome. The Amells got Hawke and now us dwarves get Shale.

If Varric will be gated only for dwarves then my first playtrough will be dwarven lady. But I have to admit that playing elf is tempting.

Yes, my thoughts too.  Small though it may be, I can't resist the easter egg.  She's also one of my all time favorite BioWare characters.

About Shale... I know in the book she was still a golem, but I wonder if we can meet her in game and help her become dwarf again.

The devs have unfortunately confirmed that Shale isn't going to be in Inquisition.  I hope she'll appear in a future game though, or maybe as a temp character in a DLC.  

 

I love Shale and she loves my Warden.
