Yeah, Iron Bull animation is not the same for the other Qunari due to a unique models.

I'd say out of the remaining possible LI's Varric has the highest chance of being gated.

I think the generally agreed upon gating is that Varric is Elf/Dwarf only and Viv is Human/Qunari only. But you might already know that. But yeah, the stories on the Varric tumblr are really cute.

I'm fine with Varric in any form since I was planning on going Dwarf anyway. But gated Varric is likely. I think everyone is prepared for it at this point.

I know, and tbh I've got my own selfish reason for wanting Varric non gated I tend to play mage (all my Hawkes save one were mages) and I don't like elves. But I'm so doing a Lady Cadash for Varric, and if he's gated then I know who my first inquisitor is going to be
