The heat has been making me go to bed incredibly early, it's like "It's too hot to do ANYTHING!", but once I'm there I seem to pass out super fast, I think that's good...

Heat always makes me sleepy. We were having a heat wave here but it started raining a few hours ago so things appear to be going back to normal.

As the self-declared MPAA of this thread all I can say is, thank god the devs never visit here . 

I suppose there ARE positives to this situation after all, I bet they watch...and, I'm not sure what they do after that...

Hmmm a little bit, Sometimes how I perceive users is affected by their Icons

 

For example:

 

Nat and Silkie are almost sisters in my mind, because their Icons look similar. I've kinda subconsciously created a family dynamic for them.

 

Nat's the tougher "don't mess with my family" sister while Silkie's the sweeter "let's all get along" type sister

 

I associate heavily with SecilyL because my icon is usually toothless, so I feel a sort of comradeship with her. 

 

And of course I read everything Foe says in Gideon Emery's voice . 

 

That's just off the top of my head, I've got little associations like that for just about everyone based on their icons. It's a bit weird how my brain will mentally group people. 

 

 

I wonder how people's perceptions of me changed when I changed my icon. 

 

EDIT: I do remember Clockwork by their name, because Clockwork left quite an impression for me one the forums. Some of the first likes I remember getting were from her, and well... the first time we really spoke was at when we started the new Varric thread, and that was quite the memorable/amusing experience.

Hi everyone, I'm back from my grandma's. So stuffed.

 

Let's play some random conversation starters...

 

Once that has been answered, would Varric rather lose an arm or a leg?

 

I'd say I'd rather lose a leg so I could still draft sewing patterns easily (I'm a corsetiere) and I can get someone else to assist me in sewing.

 

Varric would probably lose a leg too. He can get a peg leg. AND he still can use Bianca, the crossbow.

 

What say you?

Definitely a leg, Varric's always preferred a more sedentary life if he can get away with it, being able to walk around and adventure isn't that important to him. Being able to write and use Bianca is very important to him.

 

I've personally broken both my arms and my leg at different points in my life time, and I can testify that for me at least, the leg was the most inconvenient, so I'd rather not loose that permanently. If I had a choice I'd choose my right arm.
