So I am guessing they haven't answered yet... Or has it been more vague of an answer...

At least for others they have confirmed it.

 

I also really hope this time we get to learn more about him or have some kind focus on him being that he is in another game (perhaps his last? I will be pretty damn sad. It hurt to say that as well.)... If not I beg for a GOOD dlc for him and his story..... Eh... Morigan got some, so maybe Varric this time? Maybe I am being too hopeful and might lead myself into disappointment.

i just saw they confirmed cullen as a straight romance... im kind of sad... its mean that we have less chance to have a varric romance ... CULLEN WAS SUPPOSE TO BE BI! (sorry for every guys that wanted to romance him) im a straight girl  and i never liked him... i dont know why.. i just always wanted to put my socks in his mouth to make him s*** ** lol sorry ... sorrry...sorry! It seems I'm paying for getting the Sera romance confirmed so early, now I'm being kept in the dark with the other 2 I'm interested in, Varric and Iron Bull. *sigh*

Iron Bull is confirmed romance, but no other details. I think he'll be race-gated based on the comment about how he will jump into bed with whomever he feels he won't break (from the Q&A with the writer). 

 

This could be both good and bad news for Varric. On the one hand, one race-gated romance implies that they will do another, and Varric would be a reasonable choice based on past comments he has made. 

 

On the other hand, that means we already have 2 straight (Cullen, Cassandra), 2 Bi (Iron Bull and Scribbles), and 2 gay (Dorian, Sera). Which is a pretty good number of romances. If we had any others, they would probably go into Bi... but 7 or 8 romances is a lot for budgets... and with only 4 possibles left (Varric, Blackwall, Solas, Vivienne) since Cole/Leliana won't be one of them... well, I'm a bit worried.

Can you comment if the majority of LIs are race-gated, or is this something relevant to only one or two companions? Can we customize our mounts (as in, the color or breed of horse etc)? Can we name them in-game?

Im sure iron bull is bi, from what we can read on his profile page.... and i remember reading something on twitter that comfirmed it, but i couldnt link it to you,sera look beautifull and i love what we saw about her!i I hope her and my inquisitor will be friend  (sera,cole,varic in my party haha, im sure im gonna have alot of fun MOUHAHAHAHA)

Sera, Cole, and Varric sounds like a very fun party haha. You'll have Sera and Cole ignoring eachother and Varric trying to relieve the tension by making awkward jokes.
