Ok, I am caught up and ready to play!
We will pretend that Varric is romanceable to humans for the time being, as I am still working on my story with him and Hope (human mage) and I just love the idea of them together! 
Varric/Anyone You Like
1) Who wakes the other one up with kisses?
Hope doesn't like waking up in time for anything, so definitely Varric. She will groan and roll over even with the kisses coming her way!
2) Who cooks for whom?
Neither! Hope can't remember how to cook, and Varric seems like he would rather just pay for someone else to make food. When camping/on missions, I can see them both convincing the other party members that it clearly can't be either of their turns to cook.
3) Who is the morning person/night person?
Night, both. The sun is hot.
4) Who is the romantic one?
Varric. Hope is too shy to be romantic, but tries... often too subtle-y. Varric loves her anyway, though.
5) Who's the jealous one?
Hope, by far. She appreciates the exposed chest hair, but will shoot daggers with her eyes if anyone else starts looking. Varric likes to push her boundaries with this and thinks it is cute when she is jealous.
6) Who would lead in ballroom dancing?
Varric. Hope doesn't know how to dance, and would rather avoid it altogether if possible. Of course, she won't say no to dancing if Varric asks her nicely.
7) Who is the more cuddly one?
Hope. She tries to be less obvious about it, but will scoot closer to him until he catches on and wraps his arms around her.
8) Who is most likely to pick the movie they watch books they read?
Probably Varric. I can see him wanting to share all of his favorite stories with a captive audience. Of course, he may make her read them out loud instead of him some nights.
9) Who is the one who would pay for dates?
What kind of dates do we think they'll have during the Inquisition? I can't think of anything that would need to be paid for. Probably, Varric will plan the dates (and I guess pay for food unless he's raiding the keep's kitchen). He is the more romantic one
10) Who is the one who would initiate a quicky during missions?
Varric. Hope is too innocent to imagine a quicky when they are on a job, but she can be easily distracted

Who proposes to whom? (let me dream!)
I would say that Varric debates it for a while, and Sera finds out, thus allowing Hope to find out. Hope will then let it slip one day about "when they are married" and will get really embarrassed. Varric will find out that she knows and find ways to pick on her assumptions until he finally asks her in a sweeping romantic gesture with all of their friends in on it.
