One delay is usually a sign of necessity.
Generally any time i have ever seen a game delayed twice or more... Well.
My confidence is about shot.
I don't really count the first "delay" as a delay so much as a shift in direction and scope. A short little one month delay happens rather often as far as I understand, when things get down to crunch time it can be hard to precisely estimate when everything will be done.
My friend just texted me about the delay laughing at me. 
sigh. Still, I'd rather they take the time they need to make sure the game is in it's best form when it comes out.

I'm pretty glad that I wasn't able to get to Gamestop to pre-order. I feel bad for folks that are moving (hugs to Sec,) or have to shuffle around finances (more hugs to everyone.) I don't mind the wait myself, but those posters are kinda SOL. 
I understand crunch-time and delays and all of that, so I'm not mad at BW or anything for this. I'm just bummed for my fellow DA fans that could miss out on the Uber Super Deluxe edition. I mean that with no sarcasm or snark either; it would suck to drop that kind of money just to have to figure out what to do for another month+ after that.

Yeah, it's a tad disappointing I won't lie... but I'm thinking about DA2 in this moment. Don't get me wrong I love the game, but it was rushed and I don't want Inquisition to be. I want every drop of potential to be poured into it. So an extra month I can handle. I just really hope we get some news/info soon to put a bandage on the wound, maybe. lol

Also think of things this way, DA:O also went through development hell and we got a great game out of it. Just think of one or two delays as part of the Bioware process

I don't think DAI is going to end up like those two of course just delays are not always a sign of good things to come
They aren't always a bad thing either. If that means less bugs and crap they have to patch after launch, so long as there isn't another delay, it'll be worth it. I doubt they are adding content at this point. It's probably some extra polish. There could have been a bug that popped up that would break the game if it shipped like that, and one that could need a major fix. Now, if the release date is pushed back another couple of weeks, then I'd be a little nervous.
