Okay okay so there's three slots left. THREE SLOTS LEFT. To 4-4 balance two of the three must be men. We've got confirmation that Cole is a no, Iron Bull is a maybe probably so our last two guys are probably either Iron Bull and Solas or Iron Bull and Varric.

We know Cole won't be an LI. My guess is that Blackwall also won't be an LI. Vivienne or Solas will be a non-race gated (don't know orientation). Varric and Iron Bull will be race-gated LI's.

On the other hand, that means we already have 2 straight (Cullen, Cassandra), 2 Bi (Iron Bull and Scribbles), and 2 gay (Dorian, Sera).

They did say that there was at least one outside of the Inquisition... Whether that counts as an actual romance or not I don't know...*sigh*

True! Those two just seem like they fit the idea of race gated best to me, but who might be a female candidate for race-gating? Maybe Viv instead of IB? Hey, maybe IB won't be race-gated after all. xP I really think Varric will be, though...

Ok so there is at least 1 non-companion/advisor romance and we got Josephine, Cassandra, Cullen, Dorian, and Sera. 6 slots out of 8 so only 2 left...think one of them is Varric?

It could be one of the "outsiders". They said that at least one LI would be from outside of the Inquisition. 

 

If Varric is race gated I hope he's not dwarf exclusive...maybe human/dwarf/elf or elf/dwarf exclusive. Don't get me wrong, dwarves are my favorite race but mage is my favorite class so...I'm in a bit of a pickle here.
