Hmm, that's an interesting theory....Which reminds me, there's alot of speculation that Flemeth could actually be Andraste. What's you guys opinions on that?
Nooooo way.
If anything Flemeth is an Old God.

Personally, I don't think either. I believe she is just a truly old and powerful mage. At some point in her life I believe she discovered ancient secrets that have allowed her to exist as she does.
Adding to that, I believe those secrets regarded Dragons. Their blood, life essence, something that ties them to magic's existence in the world.

I thought Sandal was Andraste. Or is Sandal the Maker?
Everyone is Andraste in the Void?

This! I really can't see her as Andraste, and her being an Old God would be interesting but I seriously doubt that's what she is.

That's what I'm thinking but does have a few things going for it. I'll list a few examples:
"After her death, a group of people named as Disciples of Andraste was created for the purpose of protecting her remnants and continuing her legacy. They moved her remnants to the Frostback Mountains and atemple was built around it. Eventually however only the Guardian stood still in his post and protected the ashes as the rest of the disciples believed that Andraste has been reborn into the form of a High dragon." As we all know high dragons are fully matured adult female dragons.
Then there's this:

And the fact that Andraste first introduced the Maker in the Kokiri Wilds. It's not much but I suppose it's possible, it'd be a cool twist imo.

Oh, man I laughed way too hard at that! ![]()

Yeah, it would be cool. I do believe that Andraste was a mage but not necessarily Flemeth. But I'm sure that if/when they reveal the truth behind Andraste and the Maker, that there's going to be some pretty uncomfortable truths for the Chantry.

Ooooooo! now THAT'S cool
I wish Sandal was Andraste...I want that to happen...

Sandal is Andraste. Semi-confirmed rumor!
Imagine if Flemeth was though....poor Leliana...

I don't think it's possible but if it was true, I would find it hysterical and extremely ironic that the one they based a big part of their religion around is a mage herself.
Wasn't there also a theory that Andraste was actually a mage? And that all the miracles the Maker preformed for her was just her magic?
Imagine if Flemeth was though....poor Leliana...
Oh can you imagine the banter between her and Morrigan? Morrigan would have a field day...

Well, the Imperial Chantry believes that Andraste may not have been the Makers chosen one and Empress Celene thought that her motives were solely for political benefit/she was just a powerful mage. Honestly, I'm with the Imperials/Celene on that one...I don't think Andraste is what everyone thinks she was. I really hope we uncover some more about it in Inquisition though, I've always been really interested in that specific part of DA lore.
Tis true. Varric is very much like Garrus in that he's basically everyone's bro. I've never met someone who doesn't like like either character.
There is no Shepard without Vakarian. And no Hawke without Tethras. It is known.

She'll feel like a right ******..

Me too! Can't wait to find out the truth. And this just reminds me how much I want to know more about Tevinter. I hope we'll get to know more via Dorian, but I'm still a bit sad that we wont go there.

Okay, new personal rule. 1) I'm not posting outside this thread until the game comes out, and 2) if someone spoils the Achievements in this thread, I will not be happy.
