Tear her apart? Nah. I'd make sure she's very well treated somewhere very far away from Varric. Imprisoned yes, but with all of her needs being attended to, and no mistreatment whatsoever. The guards would have to be gay men in order to resist her charms.
Then, after Varric falls in love with me and marries me, she's free to go. If this takes years, then so be it. I will continue to treat her well until he's mine. If she comes near Varric, I'll kill her on sight. It's nothing personal, but I wouldn't trust a fellow rogue in this case. She does have Carta connections after all, but there are places even the Carta doesn't know about.
As long as she's a good girl, she has nothing to fear.

Even on my playthroughs not romancing her, I would often take her up on her offers. It doesn't help that Anders didn't mind until I completely sealed the deal with his romance. Something about her just entices me so much. To be honest, I probably find her the most appealing as far as looks go of all the characters in the series so far. I just find her so beautiful, and her charming personality makes it even better.

True, true... but he's always so hesitant about it at first, and I feel like I'm pushing him into it. The thing about Alistair I always fell for was his adorable naivety and innocence... and ruining it, because I'm an awful person. xD

Yes. Isabela is the one I find the most attractive in the Dragon Age series...though Varric is a close second because he is a Paragon of Manliness
No worries, I'm not a grown up yet either. I'm still in my denial stage. I'm physically a grown up, but mentally I only switch to one when I have to. xD
