Yeah, this is why I'm going to love having characters like Varric and Josephine in my inquisition. I always go for killing as few people as possible.

 

After the video with Leliana, I'm totally afraid of sending one of my advisors somewhere and them ending up tortured or killed. It sounds like we will have a lot of control over what happens, which does make it interesting but I'll probably be constantly be checking the wiki to see what the consequences of my choices will be, despite the fact that I'd rather not spoil the plot.

 

I generally like killing as few people as possible as well, so while I'l probably tend to go more with Josephine's suggestions, I'll probably have a few times I go with Cullen's ideas. 

And man, there is a reason I'm going to be getting the strategy guide (other than the fact that I'm a sucker, and love having those sorts of things) and that's because I'm terrified of royally screwing something up. I don't mind so much getting some one tortured - because I think that could probably lead to some interesting scenes afterwards - but I am worried about getting someone killed or pissing them off so much that they leave.

 

But I am a horrible person, because I actually do kind of want to get someone hurt - as long as it doesn't result in a major drop in approval - just to see what sort of scenes come after that. Because I am such a sucker for hurt/comfort.

That explains everything! It totally makes sense to make up an excuse about conversing with unknown spirits and demons to hide the fact you're helplessly narcissistic!
