Dwarves get no respect. What was it, only 7% of players did a dwarf on their first play through of DAO? That's what I heard
I was actually part of that 7%, which im fairly proud of.

I admit, I started with an elf but I never finished with that one.
I proceeded to finish the game twice with both dwarven origins.
I see that there's no news about romances. xd Weekend is coming I hope they give us something. What is wrong with marketing team? ![]()
I was...not in the 7%, although I have had many dwarven play throughs.
I'd heard going into Origins that if played a human noble I could become Queen of Ferelden and my desire for power and glory overwhelmed my interest in the dwarven people.

Me too!! I wear the title very proudly.
Im not really sure why i was so drawn to Dwarven Noble. I really didnt know anything about the game when i first bought it.
I just remember seeing "Dwarven Noble" and thinking it sounded like the coolest thing i had ever heard of.
I am special! My first Warden was a Dwarf Noble Warrior. Hah!

I care least about that aspect of the game. I dont really expect a significant difference. Maybe it will be slightly more like Dragons Dogma.
The combat being good isnt a shock to me, its just expected. Its always good.
At least 6 or 7 of my DAO runs have been with Dwarf Wardens, i lean towards the DN myself but I love both dwarf origins. Was recommend to go elf for first run couldn't get into it, played a dwarf noble hardly got any sleep until I beat the game, dwarf is my favorite race hands down ![]()
That is basically exactly what I thought too. I didn't know much and then I was a dwarven princess and all was right with the world!
Im pretty gullible, but i did not see that plotline coming, at all.
Bhelen was like Fredo Corleone suddenly turning into Michael Corleone. I wish i could re-live that moment of, "You...you son of a ******!".

I have to admit, Dwarf was my least played race in DAO, though not by much. If I had to put it in percentages:
Elf: 55%
Human: 25%
Dwarf: 20%
I totally forgot to make a list myself. So here it is, albeit late:
Whats all this then?

Well, now I feel awful, I have only managed to finish one of my dwarves. lol. ![]()
My first warden was a Dwarf Noble Rogue. I just saw the Dwarf tag and thought, I've never played as a dwarf before and it turned out to be my favourite playthrough.

I only finished one dwarf playthrough. It just happened to be my first.
I was so pleased with myself when I kicked Bhelen off the throne. Too bad the other guy sucked as king... And I was mad that I couldn't place myself as queen
Im pretty sure you can, I became king at the end of the game.
Uh, so, don't hate me, but I still haven't even started a dwarf game
I probably would have, if my laptop hadn't crapped out on me and put my planned new games on hold. My first game was a rogue city elf, chosen pretty blindly, but I loved it.
I wonder if it will be possible to make my Cadash anything like Sigrun? Now Sigrun and Varric are two dwarfs I'd love to put in a room together and see what happens. (Yesh I have a mild Sigrun obsession what of it? It's not a problem I can stop whenever I want
)

Eh... I don't really care about combat that much. I'm more interested in storyline etc. Basic information about combat it's enough for me. ![]()

In all honesty, i think he would be a bit uncomfortable around her.
She is super super traditionalist dwarf.
