I really didn't like the Virmire situation. I mean, there's one character I like and one I'm not very fond of so it's never a difficult decision in that respect, but even if I don't like a companion, having to sacrifice them just makes you feel so... horrible. :/ Was a very humbling moment in video game history for me.

I really didn't like the Virmire situation. I mean, there's one character I like and one I'm not very fond of so it's never a difficult decision in that respect, but even if I don't like a companion, having to sacrifice them just makes you feel so... horrible. :/ Was a very humbling moment in video game history for me.

 

My first play through, I didn't feel too bad. My shep had called Ash out on being a racist and she never talked to me again. I wasn't going to stand for her pointing fingers at Garrus and Wrex. I guess it was easier to send someone I didn't know to their death. When I played through again and got to know Ash, yeah, it hit me that that was a much more weighted situation.  Still don't like Ash too much, but I respect her.
