I think it's family loyalty. If he killed Bartrand I think he he'd regret it so wouldn't want to bring it up. If he didn't, he doesn't want his crazy brother taking the fall maybe?

Might be.  I've wondered how much of what anything he told her is true.  Wouldn't that be funny?

While that would be interesting I don't think they'd change too much or people would whine about it.

They've confirmed that there are only eight romances in DA: Inquisition and all of them will be from within the companions & advisors exclusively. So, like I said, that completely blows the Dagna romance out the window unfortunately....At this point were just waiting to find out who the remaining LI/companions are because we know all the advisors. I hope this helps explain things a little better for you.

 

I'm sorry your disappointed, I thought Dagna would make a great romance for what it's worth.

As I said before, I would like Varric to fill us in on the story in the vein of the opening of DA2.  The subtly and nuance would be lost, like having a dwarf commoner who'd never seen magic go into the tower thinking she'd rescue them all, only to be less and less sure as she climbs the tower.  Only the end result would matter, because that's the version common people would know.  Might be simple enough for them to budget.

You know it's funny you mention that, because when I'm a dwarf commoner I roleplay that she never uses the litany. It stinks I don't have the mages in the end but it makes sense she wouldn't use it. She also sides with Bhelen because of Rica, even if I personally prefer harrowmont. On a smaller note, she also never gives Morrigan the jewelry gifts she likes because she sells them for money cause that's what she used to.

That being said I hope Varric does full us in with the important details anyway

I'm terrible at roleplay.  I think the keep will open me up to that more.  For instance, my current idea for a dwarf commoner has her siding with the elves and exterminating the wolves because of what life's like in Dust Town, and my dwarf noble doesn't take the ritual and lets Loghain kill the archdemon, because he sees it as Loghain was tried fairly by the laws of his land and was sentenced to the Dead Legion.

My dwarf commoner had Loghain live because all she cared about was glory and proving she was something to the dusters who said bad things (her mum included).

She also made Loghain do the ritual so she can live with said glory!

A lot of people still angry that Cassandra was made a straight LI. Lots of debate about what exactly "butch" and "androgynous" mean. One person going so far as to say that Bioware "boned the gay fanbase."

Qunari mage.

 

My qunari mage will romance Cullen and Varric will tease him incessantly about it and he will tell her stories about The Hawke and The Warden and how they were cousins and he knew them both and he seems to attract mage weirdness.
