Nothing much, minor debate about Oghren; some fan art; us realizing we were the underdogs in the LI department; my dog's ear infection is apparently getting worse and I have to take her into the vet ASAP in the morning; keeping the fires going for a Varric LI.

I've been catching up, but not yet. However, I think if there isn't another confirmed bisexual lady, it just might to come to a fire, judging from the thread yesterday.
I'll let you know when I'm caught up.

I mainly only post in three character threads: Sera's, Varric's and Dorian's. Sera was the thread I started, although I back out when a debate breaks out about city elves versus the dalish. It never gets very hostile, but the debate usually bores me when it comes up. Here, I came for the Varric, stayed for the people. Dorian's thread is probably the raciest imho (more so than IB's thread,) but they are still celebrating Dorian as a LI which makes a fun place to hang out sometimes.
I just want the inevitable storm over with, well the romance storm at least...for now anyway, I know it never really ends but, for things to calm a little...

I think everyone does at this point. I'd like to tell the BW marketing team to get the lead out, but alas, we'll have to wait.

Damned straight! I love that gif, by the way. That whole scene is one of my all-time favorite friendship scenes. Getting Fenris to say that to a Hawke mage was awesome.
Despite what others think, I still think Varric's got a great shot. Look, I'm not saying this to offend or hurt anyone. Nor do I want anyone to get shorted on romances. However, I keep getting this feeling that women are going to end up with more options than at least straight men. I'm going by who is left that might be available, and it seems like women may end up getting the bulk this time.
After tonight though, I'm never mentioning that idea in the romance thread again. 
I'll be happy after I'm done feeling bad for those that didn't get what they hoped for. If we don't get what he hope for then I'll just curl up in a ball and cry for a while... then I'll get over it.

I try to be really careful about what I say in there, it's pretty volatile. I think I'm trying to be careful about what I say everywhere atm, I feel like I'm walking on eggshells, it's quite tiring lol

Yikes, did you get flack for it? When I first saw the line up I kind of went "Huh, that's a lot of guys. Are the women going to have 1 extra romance more or something?" So if it turns out to be so, I'm not going to be shocked myself. But yeah that's the type of comment that will go down like a lead balloon at the moment...

A little, yeah. Mainly a lot of "it wouldn't be fair" and "do you really think BioWare is going to give women more options than straight men?" They weren't too harsh on me or anything, but they were very quick to show their hatred for such a notion.
