I'm an only child, so I get the full brunt of the both of them doing this, and I bought my own console. That said, I am willing to loan it to her for my get mum to play DA experiment.-I see me losing my PS3.

And this is why I don't try to get my parent to play video game. I gave my dad Bejeweled 2 and he got so hooked that my whole house thought he was going to get fired. I can picture what my dad would do if he got his hands on DA, but then again he only likes watching the score go up so he might get board and quit.

I make sure to buy my own consoles so that never happens.   I made that mistake with a PC my dad went half in to get for me to game on. Whenever I say "my PC" he corrects me and says "our PC".

It doesn't work, I got the,' if we hadn't made you and raised you into the person you now are, you wouldn't be able to buy nice things, so it's 'our' console you just rent it for free'-and they don't play games ......yet.

Dear Bioware,

I ask you..no, I BEG YOU: Please do not let Varric be romanceable in DA3! I cannot take anymore of my sisters constant fangirling and the need to gush about the character she's romancing every five seconds. And I can only imagine the amount of chest-hair jokes she spouts on a daily basis would skyrocket to dangerous levels. Maker forbid, if she ends up liking Varric more than Alistair! I might have to change my name to Paco and move to Mexico just to escape the torment. Thank you.

I agree with you bother's concern for your health. He needs to add little about the lore to give it some backbone, but it makes for a good help me letter.

Aw I'm sorry. :c Maybe she just did what she had to but found freedom in the Inquisition? Or will afterwards. :3 I'm hoping that even though they have set backgrounds, we can alter their personalities enough to fit how we want to envision them.

 

*sigh* I wish everyone could get their LI's they want, but alas this waiting for the reveal of the last two is so tension filled, because no matter what some will be happy and some will be sad.

This is true, but I'm sure it won't be so bad. We/they/whoever, will be so happy with the awesome game (which DA3 is sure to be) that it'll be an afterthought. If Varric is not an LI, I'll be a little disappointed sure, but the romances aren't why I play Bioware's games. I play because I love the lore, and love experiencing things that I can't in real life being that DA is a fictional world. Besides, we already have so many great romances in the game that it won't be a total loss. Hopefully they'll release the info soon though because I think everyone will need time to get over the disappointment of maybe not getting their LI of choice.

If things go wrong there is always role playing it is the main thing that brings us all together.
