While I agree with some of your points, I don't like the idea of varric being free just because Bianca isn't interested in him anymore. I mean, he needs to move on himself, not just be let go... :/

Oh, I agree, I was just being silly and greedy. I do think Bianca not being interested in him could lead to him moving on, but his moving on certainly doesn't mean he has to move onto the Inquisitor.

I kept thinking right until the end that their would be someway to convince him to change his mind and not fight you...I even made sure I killed Jarvia first, in the hopes maybe then a dialogue would show up where I could persuade him to stop. But no. I suppose it makes sense when you think about it, but I was still heartbroken. Not my bestfriend.

I wasn't the biggest Zevran fan either, initially... I was a tad mad at him for awhile for trying to kill me and stuff. He grew on me some, though. xD

i know, right??? and you know, i had a feeling that my warden still loved him on some level (because i chose the dialogue option to hint that they had sex at some point or another) so i felt so bad for my little dwarf. she had already moved on, but like, that cut deep.

Now that you mention it, I think I looked it up too. "You sure he always dies? You really sure?" It was rather disappointing you couldn't talk to any of your companions about it. My Brosca just wanted someone's shoulder to cry on about it.

So I was chatting with my boyfriend, and we were thinking of names for gender bent versions of our inquisition. My favorites were Vivi and IB because I feel that they'd just exchange names:

 

Male!Vivi (also known as Madame de Fer) could be the new Iron Bull

And Female!IB could be Madame de Fer
