Just heard the news. Cannot believe we are getting friendzoned by Varric again. Damn, Varric; you're breaking my heart over here.

I was holding out hope that his return in this game might make him romanceable. Like Garrus and Tali in ME2. Woe.

My condolences to all who wanted to get a piece of that chest hair. This is most disappointing.

Nah, they don't do it on purpose. To be honest, no matter how the romances were handled, some people were gonna be a bit disappointed. Despite the way it got confirmed to us being not so great, they're not being jerks or doing it to be cruel and I can't wait to see him in game and witness the ever-glorious work of his writer in action.
