helooo….? (shy smile) I know it´s OT, but PC MP anybody? I don´t have any friend who plays on PC and I like people in this thread sooo much… (warning: my co-op and combat skills without pause are even worse than my english)

 

I'll be on PC dear, I'm surprised most people are console players over here! Maybe it's a cultural thing but almost everyone I know are PC. Could have something to do with the fact that we're the WoW and SC generation...

I have PC as well, but I usually only play PC exclusive games on it, because I suck at playing games with a keyboard instead of a controller. x'D

But you can use a controller on PC  It's the only way to play ports like Dark Souls

Same! I wanna know more about the new rogue and mage classes. :3 I'm kinda sad there aren't any new warrior classes, I was hoping there might be one to motivate me to play warrior... but oh well.

I know it's hard for your female quizzys right now, but you never know. If you're lucky maybe they'll fall head over heels for the LI's once you get to know them in game. We don't really know that much about them, except for Cass and Cullen, so let's give them a chance before we panic?

True, but I just have alarm bells saying: Cullen: religious, a little fanatic and constantly serious (but surely a nice guy). Iron Bull: cool guy, but humps everything that moves. Solas (if he is one): might be a racist if the racegate applies to him (and with two options left I am guessing this might apply to both). Blackwall (if he is a romance): It would be like romancing Duncan. Nice guy, but eventually applies best to women with daddy issues. So in short you have a fanatic, a manwhore, a racist or a father figure. Sounds scary to me.

 

I am probably going to try and romance them, but so far my cannon is staying single

I think so, it shouldn't be a problem as long as you run Windows. But it's always best to double check before you buy it, especially if it's from a third party. I bought a Microsoft licensed 360 controller a few weeks back for like $45 and it works like a charm,  but I'm sure you can find cheaper ones

I get that, especially the part about Cullen. He's not really my cup of tea, at least not for now. However, of all the LI's i have the feeling that Solas is the least likely for race gating. He seems so open minded. It's important to remember that we don't know who the race gated LI's are. It could be the last two, one of them or none of them.

Ok but who the hell are the race gated romances now?  Varric and Iron Bull seemed like the only two that made any sense to be.  And both are not....

I'm exactly the same. Sometimes mods will persuade me too...or Steam sales. I regret attempting to play L.A. Noire on a PC. It's kinda hilarious watching me and my boyfriend attempt to play it, though.

Well, I might end up playing mine my 360. Still not sure yet. I'm definitely not getting a next gen console just for the sake of one game, though. I still probably have only about 10 games for the 360 and they are largely Bioware games.

My requirement for getting a new console is that I need at least 4 games that are only for it that I want to get and that it has to be out for at least a year cause I can't afford it without a little bit of a price drop^^; Most of my games for my 360 I'm still regularly playing now are Bioware ones though^^;

Im staying current gen (360) because I don't like PC gaming other than Sims and Peggle.

And I will only get next gen when games come out that I really want and are exclusive for it. I live alone, Have bills to pay , and a baby I will be supporting on my own. I've got my priorities and worrying about game graphics is not one of them.

pretty much the same as me, I don't get a new console unless there is a good few games exclusive to it. I'm next gen for DA though.

I am envious of my little brother right now though he's got xbox 360, xbox one, PS3, PS4, a high end computer and a nice new shiny HD tv in his room that he can have all to himself. No idea how he gets all that though but however he does I wish I knew the secret too. I'd love to play DAI on his TV and xbox one. Not that I need the pretty high end graphics to play the game but it would be nice. So long as I can play the game at all on a working TV I'll be happy.

Yeah, it's insane how expensive console games are. I could never afford games for console, right now the only games I buy at release are Bioware and Blizzard titles. Thank GabeN for Steam and the glory of it's sale! Too bad console players can't benefit from it

I have Steam as well but just feels really weird playing without a controller for me, that and for some reason Steam makes my laptop freak out and start heating way to quickly. And getting a new desktop computer to game on is out of the question with how much it would cost and the conflicting thoughts on what kind of computer should be bought in my house. So previous gen for me and never visiting the BSN when the new games after this come out until years later when I can buy an xbox one much cheaper (probably right before another new console comes out, thats how it seems to work for me usually)
