On Solas: Unfortunately they haven't given a us proper official confirmation but there's no doubt in my mind that he's going to be a romance.

I really hope so I'll be sad if I can not continue my tradition of naming things Fred in my first playthroughs of DA. I'm terrible with names but Fred holds a special place in my heart and my childhood toy must live on in this silly silly way.

Huldra, you don't HAVE to use your hero in the upload for the keep because some Heros don't load thanks to stupid DA servers. It's just an easier like quick way to do it, from what I gathered. You can create your warden / Hawke from scratch if you're not using the associated origin account to your previous playthroughs.

It makes sense that it's be that way in the case of players who skipped one or both games

I don't know that much! But I know you can create your hero from scratch . Whether or not those choices are included when you import them from origins I'm not sure
