I feel ya. Elf is one of my least favorite races and in my personal opinion his 'I don't like it when people see me as just an elf by way I'll only date other elves because reasons' does not sit well with me. But who knows maybe there will be an amazing touching STORY reason for it maybe. 

 

My Tabatha Cadash's chances at love are getting slimmer and slimmer it seems.

There's always Josie and Iron Bull. Maybe Cullen. We need that last race gate confirmed and out of the way.

So far we've got Josephine and Iron Bull for sure... Varric is out, Solas is out. Maybe Sera, Dorian, Cullen, Cassandra. Maybe whoever is the last LI.

 

I'm guessing Sera and Dorian are safe. So it's either Cass, Cullen or last LI.

I know but she's one of my PCs I can only see with a few people. Varric, Vivienne and Solas. I have a hard time picturing her with anyone else so if Vivienne is a no go then Tabatha may be all alone. I know it sounds weird but I just can't picture her with the other LIs^^;

I got three Cadashs at the very least (though that number is only going to grow and grow) One is a Bull Rider and the other may go after Josephine or Cassandra hard to pick for him just yet so the only one without love is my one that is my 'princessy' one^^; *sigh* This is what I get for naming them once you name them you get too attached to let go of them.

Those people are very annoying, we don't to it to them so they should give others the same courtesy, but no that would be too sensible and reasonable.

I don't get this insistence on being annoyed by those upset and trying to make them stop. Of course people are going to be upset when you gate anyone. Just let them be upset for a bit, it's perfectly normal.

Solas as elf only... huh? That's so weird. He seemed open-minded and the thing about him not wanting to be seen as an elf... I guess we'll have to wait to see the story reasons, but wow.

Exactly! Most of them will calm down, just give them some time to process it first. Some people just don't have any empathy. Poor bastards, I feel sorry for them. They are losing out on a lot of feels because of it.

If they confirm Solas is an LI and race gated just for elves, then the chances of Blackwall being an LI, and for everyone, have really increased, because having an extra two male LI's to make up for race gates on other male LI's makes more sense than Vivienne as an LI for everyone, and I think Cullen could be the other race gated LI, as DG already tweeted the race gates were not the remaining two, or just among the revealed LI's. Of course I was really wrong about Varric...

DG said he never said the racegating was not either the last two LIs or the other LIs. Basically he was disproving he said anything about racegating at all. It could still be anyone else except Solas, Josephine and Iron Bull.

 

I'm guessing the last LI, be it Blackwall or Viv, is racegated. Honestly I thought it'd be Viv but I've read some good counterarguments.

I agree, I think you're right. And if that's the case, then the last race gated option should be another male (my guess is Cullen against qunari).

To be honest I am a bit surprised that the race gated is so restricted. I was expecting something like only being unavailable to one race, rather than only being available to one race.

 

So is he available to both genders of elves then? Have they said?

Not yet, I'm assuming he's bi because that makes sense to me.
