I'm always right in the middle of the romance debates. I keep seeing these "oh no romance" posts and I'm beginning to think everyone thinks I'm an *******. The last horse finally crosses the line. lol
Oh don't worry! We usually only go "oh no, romance thread!" when there's a flame war going on or someone posts something extremely insulting xD It's got nothing to do with you, I like reading your posts you usually make good points. 
Okay, I get why people are upset and disappointed over there but there is no need to be aggressive and disrespectful to the other on the thread as it won't change anything and that's the last time I am ever setting foot in that tread, its become way too toxic a place.

I agree with most of everything you have to say, though sometimes you can get a bit repetitive. Though that can go for most people who posted in those romance threads. It just always seemed silly when I'd see anyone post the same (or nearly the same) theories about who the final romances would be more then once on the same page.
Don't throw a fireball at me, but yeah I just wanted to offer feedback for some odd reason.

Honestly, long term goal: have Blackwall as a queer LI now, then next game have the companions skew more toward women. You could add an extra LI for straight guys and lesbians to balance what happened this game, and we'd have a female-majority party, which would be a nice change.
Might I add that we could hope and have our fingers crossed for a dwarf romance ( or 2???) In the next game? :3

Also yeeeah, I'm staying out of the romance thread. I'm glad people have a place where they can complain/vent without derailing other threads, but that atmosphere is just too tense for me. Now that we know the options won't be completely equal, I'm thinking there will be people pointing that out for awhile as well as others defending... and I don't see the point in talking over and over about the obvious. This Solas thing has really tipped the edge over yet again and any opinion I might have about the matter isn't anything someone hasn't already said. When all's done, I know I'll still be able to look at it and go "this is still a huge step up from ME3 romances". xD
Also, I vote yes on the Varric show and I would like both an action/adventure starring him (and can Isabela come back? I think they make a hilarious team) as well as a side jerry springer-esque show like Jewlie mentioned because that would be just endlessly amusing. I could also see him running a "who's line is it anyway" Thedas version.

Same! and I love them in them in the comics as well. It was basically Varric and Bela's humor that got me through 2 without ripping all of my hair out.
Now I feel like drawing them in an action movie poster pose.
