I'm not going to deny my hesitancy, and even sometime before this I was thinking I wouldn't at all -- but I'm preparing myself for my inevitable curiosity... because in a weird way, I appreciate sad stuff? Haha, I've gotten laughed at a few times for saying stuff like "when I was a kid" (which I always mean the age 3-5 years in this context).

I get the Blackwall thing, I'm 24-nearly 25- and it feels weird for me as well, in a older man, doomed romance way so I'll probably save his romance for last if I ever do it.

Wait, I just realized that I'm probably gonna romance Solas and isn't he like 40+? Hmmm....But maybe I'm okay with Solas because he looks really young and Blackwall gives me some serious father/mentor vibes. *taps chin thoughtfully* Yeah, that's what it is..

OMG guys I just got home. And I'm crying. I really am! Because on the one hand: I get my romance (HELLO BEARDY!), but I'm devestated that he's straight. I don't know what to feel. I feel so bad for all of the male wall climbers! I'm so sorry. This doesn't feel like a victory at all. I hate that I was right about Cullen ( I said dwarf and/or qunari) and I hate that Blackwall is straight. I'm just gonna leave this here:

Is this the time I can climb from under my embarrassment rock and say I'm flailing because I might end up romancing all 8 options? After liking 3 out of 4 in DAO and 3 out of 5 in DA2, I'm not sure how to deal with so many.

Honestly? After Mass Effect 3? This is very surprising and refreshing. Ideally I wanted everyone to have the same but I won't feel guilty about feeling happy either.
Yeah, I feel like I've been mourning for so long. First we learned that Varric was a no go, then they revealed that Solas was elf female only and the hope for equal options was destroyed.
Of course I feel for those who wanted Blackwall for their male Inquisitors or those who wanted Vivienne, but I kind of need to feel happy about this. And I guess this will be the third game in a row where I have a serious warden problem xD
